According to Jennifer Salke, Head of Amazon Studios, as of January 2020, The Aeronauts is the most viewed film in the Amazone prime streaming video service.
      It was first shown in the "Telluride film festival", on 30th August, 2019.
        This is a biographical film which is based on some true events. How ever, there are some changes are added to these true events to make things more dramatic and extra adventures. 
          The film is  based on a 2013 book called "failing upwards;.How We Took to the Air" It was written by British author Richard Holmes.
            This is also based on the famous event which took place on 5th September, 1862. Couple of Aeronauts traveling on a coal gas balloon broke the world record of flight attitude by reaching up to 11,000 meters. 
              According to the film, the Aeronauts are a man and a woman. But in the real event, both Aeronauts were men.In the film, the Aeronauts are falling in love with each other when the journey is progressing. But I don't think that had happened in the real event or it could have been a major controversy as both of them are men. 
                The film is simply stunning in every aspects and the visual effects are mind blowing. Honestly, I have not seen any movie in such a detailed manner about gas balloon traveling. Most of the film is in the high sky and it is something to watch.

                The film is very heart touching also romantically. It is a very unique love. A kind of love we all expect; pure and strong.You can visually see the love developing between them and it is so so beautiful.
