Born on May 1st, 1982 in Severodvinsk, Svetlana grew up in a family of Tatyana and Vladimir Ustinov. Along the way, Svetlana also discovered her passion for ballroom dancing.


After studying at Moscow Economics and Statistics University for a year, Svetlana switched to the Finance Academy. However, she soon realized that the world of cinema was calling her name and enrolled at the Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography, where she was taught by the renowned professor, Vladimir Grammatikov.


In 2005, Svetlana auditioned for the lead role in the film Boomer by Pjotr Buslov and landed the part. This was just the beginning of her successful acting career, which led her to star in other films and TV shows.


When it comes to her personal life, Svetlana married Ukrainian director Mark Gorobets in 2009, but the couple eventually divorced. These days, Svetlana is happily in a relationship with the producer, Ilya (Will) Stewart.
