COVID 19 has done it again; Latest victim is Julia Roberts and George Cloonys Romantic Comedy 'Ticket to Paradise'
Julia Robert’s and George Clooney’s latest Romantic comedy “Ticket
to paradise” is the latest film to halt filming due to COVID 19 pandemic. It
was only two weeks from completion according to sources close to the movie. The
film crew was filming their last shots in Queensland Australia. According to
close sources, the film will be shut down at least for three months due to the spreading of easily transmissible omicron variant in the Queensland. Both
stars, Julia and George, has already flown back to USA.
Ticket to paradise is a film directed by Ol parker. (Also
the director of Mamma Mia). The film is narrated around a divorced couple, who
are trying to save their young daughter from an unwise marriage. The movie was
mostly filmed in Queensland, Australia.
The film is a production of Universal studio. According to
their sources, it is scheduled to release in theaters in Oct 21st,
2022. Anyway, the three month halt may result in changing the releasing date.
